QTC Teachers Completed Overseas training tasks, supporting the Belt and Road Initiative

Qingdao Technical College Gabon training delegation has successfully completed the 12-week training task and attended the graduation ceremony at Gabon NKOK International Center for Multi-Disciplinary Vocational Training and Education. Frederic Otha Voula, General Inspector of Vocational Training and Education Department of Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, Teklaire Mekui Movono, Director of Exchange Center of Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, Xu Huajing, General Manager of the Gabon Branch of AVIC INTL Project Ltd, and Jean Fidele Koumba, Principal of CIMFEP attended the ceremony, and presented graduation certificates to the trainees and presented honorary certificates to the QTC trainers, Yin Xiaoxia and Li Yuanchao.

Nang Biteghe Yannick, the trainees’ representative, spoke at the graduation ceremony and expressed his thanks to Yin Xiaoxia and Li Yuanchao for their careful teaching. They were satisfied with the training effect. He would review and summarize the content of the training carefully and pass on the knowledge and skills taught by the Chinese teachers to other professional teachers and trainees.

Yin Xiaoxia spoke as a representative of the trainers. She summarized the main contents of the training, spoke highly of the active learning trainees, and expressed her gratitude for the support of the Gabonese side. She said that the training had built a platform for refrigeration professionals exchange and cooperation. She hoped the trainees would improve their technical skills through learning and train more refrigeration professionals for Gabon.

Jean Fidele Koumba and Xu Huajing expressed their gratitude for the work of the training delegation in their speeches and spoke highly of the training effect. They hoped that the trainees would keep learning advanced technology and experience in their future work. Furthermore, they expressed their hope to establish more in-depth exchanges and cooperation with QTC in the significant construction, talents cultivation, and curriculum development of refrigeration and air-conditioning technology major.

QTC teachers have applied the theoretical-practical integrated teaching model in training projects of refrigeration system pipeline processing, refrigeration system operation analysis, refrigeration equipment installation and maintenance, etc. In addition they provided training services in teachers’ and students’ training plans, equipment configuration, laboratory curriculum plan, laboratory equipment management systems, and industry-education integration programs.
